POSTING PRINTS
Delivery cost is added at checkout. There are two levels of postage:
- £5.95 for smaller items and rolled prints packaged in a tube.
- £15.95 for large framed items
If you are ordering from an address local to me (roughly the area including Swindon, Wantage, Didcot and Oxford) a free delivery option will be offered at checkout.
Through my website, I am currently only able to offer delivery within the UK. If you would like to discuss whether a print can be shipped internationally, please get in touch through my contact form.
PACKAGING
Each print has its own mount or framing options clearly identified. Prints small enough for a letterbox will be posted flat, wrapped in tissue, and in an acid-free mount and backing board ready to frame.
Larger prints will be carefully rolled in acid-free tissue paper and biodegradable cellophane and posted in a sturdy cardboard tube.
I use fully biodegradable and/or recycled packaging as much as possible. This includes biodegradable sticky tape and cellophane wrapping.

If you are concerned about where a package might be left (e.g. on a doorstep) please let me know as you place your order so that I can ensure a waterproof package!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I am not able to accept returns of original artwork so please read the product description and any other details carefully. In particular, colours may appear slightly different due to screen display.

Each original print is a unique artwork, so there may be small differences or imperfections that are inherent to the process. I am always happy to share more detailed photos or information about an item before you make a commitment.

If there is an issue with your order e.g. it is damaged during transit - please let me know straight away with photos of the unopened damaged packaging and artwork, and I will try to replace or refund.
GIFT PURCHASES
If you are buying one of my prints as a gift please leave at least a fortnight before any critical dates! Please let me know the date it is needed by in the comments section. Receipts and tracking information are emailed to you as the purchaser, not the recipient.
I can also include a hand-written message, complementary gift-wrapping or a greetings card to the order. Please do get in touch with any specific details.
For any questions at all, please get in touch through my contact form.
FRAMING
I frame prints myself in custom-made solid ash frames. I always use professional conservation grade mounts, hanging tapes and backing boards to protect your artwork and prevent discolouration.

I love using 2.5mm thick mounting board to give a luxurious deep bevelled edge to my frames.

The frame back will be taped and a strong hanging cord attached.

For unmounted prints I am very happy to recommend local framing companies within Oxfordshire. Further afield it's a good idea to find a reputable local framer registered with the Fine Art Trade Guild.

I also send small prints mounted to fit commonly-sized frames. If you are buying frames "off the shelf", I recommend buying aluminium or solid wooden frames; they will likely last longer and look much better than a “wood effect” frame.

Any mounts or back boards coming in contact with the print paper must be acid-free. Use brown paper framing tape to cover the gap between the edges of the back board and the frame (rolls are easy to buy on Ebay). This prevents little bugs getting inside the frame.

Prints should not be displayed in bright sunlight or a potentially damp location such as a bathroom or uninsulated external wall.
